"Had a bit of an issue, but they helped sort it"
I had a small complication after my procedure and, to be honest, I got worried at first. newself got back to me fairly quickly and explained what I should do next, which helped. I did have to chase them a little, so it wasn’t completely smooth, but in the end they handled it well and I felt like they did take it seriously

I had my consultation with newself and it went better than I thought it would. I was a bit worried it might feel rushed or too salesy, but the person I spoke with was really calm, clear, and took their time with me.
I asked loads of questions and got straightforward answers, which I appreciated. It actually felt like they were listening to what I wanted instead of just pushing me into something. Did anyone else feel nervous about that before their consultation too?

"Not bad, they really do try"
I had some issues at first—well, I ran into a few problems, but support was actually really kind and tried to help. Not a perfect experience, but I do appreciate the effort.

I was nervous going in, especially sitting in the waiting room staring at the little stack of magazines on the table. But once everything got started, it was mostly really comfortable and not nearly as awkward or stressful as I had built it up in my head. The staff made it feel calm, and I left thinking, okay, that was actually fine.

When I reached out for help with my recovery issue, the support experience was disappointing. It took a long time to get replies, and when I finally did hear back, the advice wasn’t very clear. I ended up feeling more confused than helped, which made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be.

"Consult left me wondering if I was overreacting"
I don’t know, maybe I’m being too picky, but the consult felt really rushed. I asked what I thought were basic questions, and the surgeon didn’t seem able to answer them clearly. I left feeling unsure and a little uneasy. Has anyone else had that feeling after a consult?

The site just felt a bit sketchy to me. The safety info wasn’t very clear, and I couldn’t find proper contact details anywhere, which didn’t help. I don’t think I’ll be using it again.

Overall, the trip went smoothly and the help I got was good. That said, I was a bit annoyed by the unclear communication at times. It would’ve been much easier if the details were explained more clearly from the start.

I was a little nervous at first about privacy stuff, but so far I actually feel relieved. Nothing has felt sketchy, and I haven’t noticed any weird sharing or surprises. I’m still keeping an eye on it, but it’s been solid enough that I feel comfortable using it

"Support felt a little unprofessional"
At first, the staff seemed friendly enough. But the replies felt rushed, and a bit careless. I had to repeat myself more than once, which got frustrating. Not a terrible experience. Just not as professional as I expected

Support was helpful when I reached out, but my language wasn’t always available. It feels like these kinds of services always have a few language options missing, which can get frustrating when you just want a quick answer

"Pain management didn’t really help me"
I went in hoping to get some clear guidance for managing my pain, but the appointment felt rushed. To be fair, the staff wasn’t rude or anything, and I’m sure they deal with a lot of different situations, but I still left feeling like I didn’t get much direction.
The advice I got was basic, and when I asked what I should do next, the answers felt kind of vague. I really wanted to give it a fair shot, but for pain management specifically, it just didn’t feel helpful enough for me to go back.

"Decent stay, but I expected a bit more"
I booked my stay through newself.com, the place was okay. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable, well, not amazing, but totally fine for a short stay.

At first I thought it was going to be better than expected, but then I started noticing a few things that made it feel basic. Some of the furniture looked a bit worn, and the bathroom definitely could’ve used a little more attention.

The staff were nice when I needed help, so I don’t want to make it sound bad, because it wasn’t. It was just more of an average stay than a cozy or memorable one.

The booking went through in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. The weird part is, a couple of the steps felt less straightforward than they should’ve been, and I ended up spending more time on it than I expected

"I signed up thinking I had a..."
I signed up thinking I had a decent idea of what it would cost, but then the extra fees showed up after the fact. Maybe I missed something, but if I didn’t see it clearly before signing up, it doesn’t really feel clear to me.

I had a good experience with Newself. It was simple to use, did what I needed, and I didn’t have any real issues along the way. Nice and useful overall, I’d use it again.
